Lessons Learned Week 3

  1. The Georgia Bulldogs are….who we thought they were. They have a terrible head coach, the worst offensive coordinator in the history of football, a very young and un-talented secondary, and an offensive line that couldn’t block a follower on twitter! Mark Richt had two weeks to prepare his team for South Carolina and still got thoroughly embarrassed by the Ol’ ball coach….like always! I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again (as bad as it hurts me), this team will never win a Natty with Mark Richt leading the charge.
  2. Up to this point I have not seen anything that resembles a dominant team. Florida State is definitely not the dominant team they were last year, Bama looked like a joke against WVU and hasn’t showed me much since, Oregon still looks like the same Oregon team that will end up losing to somebody they shouldn’t, and I haven’t seen enough of Auburn to make an assumption. My three most-dominant teams thus far are Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Baylor.
  3. The Heisman trophy race is down to Todd “GODDAMN” Gurley, Marcus Mariotta, and Kenny Trill! Todd Gurley probably won’t win because he has a retard as an offensive coordinator, Mariotta needs to go undefeated to win it, and Kenny Hill needs to just keep doing what he’s doing.
  4. Alabama will lose a game within the next 4 weeks. (Florida, at Ole Miss, at Arkansas, and Texas A&M)
  5. UCLAs playoff hopes are done, even if Hundley comes back this week. They were a fad team coming into the season, and they haven’t played anywhere close to their expectations.
  6. The Big Ten STILL SUCKS! The conference is now 1-9 against other Power 5 foes. Indiana got beat by Bowling Green this weekend, and bottom feeder Iowa State knocked off Iowa. The Big Ten should not be allowed to play in the playoff for at least 5 years, and then they can re-assess.
  7. So long USC and the whole “Pac-12 is better than the SEC thing”! The Trojans gave up nearly 500 yards rushing and were demolished by Boston College. The Pac 12 is nowhere near as good as the SEC from top to bottom and never will be!
  8. My Playoff teams as of now: 1. Auburn 2. Texas A&M 3. Florida State 4. Oklahoma
